“After 3 months of filling cavities with Majesty, polishing restorations with Super-Snap Rainbow Discs and breaking multiple Garrison Multi-Function Composite Instruments, the Aesthetics SSM decided to celebrate a term’s hard work with a big social. This first involved a large banquet at Asha’s restaurant in town, courtesy of Messrs MacKenzie and Sharland. The group were treated to multiple plates of Lamb Rogan Josh, Chicken Tikka Masala and Kadhai Paneer whilst discussing many of the funny events that had occurred over the course.
Then we moved on to a 30 minute adrenaline filled Go-Karting Grand Prix whereby everyone raced against each other in an attempt to decide who was the real ‘Lightning McQueen’. Shiraz ‘Nobody Can Catch Me’ Khan was the ultimate winner with Louis ‘Mr.Cricket’ MacKenzie and Zeeshan ‘100% Attendance’ Chawdri taking second and third place respectively.
All in all it was a great end to a fantastic Special Study Module and a quick word to those in the years below: Choose to do the Aesthetic’s SSM because you will learn loads, become better dentists and have a great time in between!!!
