The school is pleased to welcome Reina Yang who is a final year student at Melbourne Dental School. Reina is here for her elective period and is interested in comparing how dental education is provided in Birmingham with her experience in Melbourne.
The visit has been organised via Professor Deborah White and Reina has had the opportunity of viewing a community clinic and has observed the final year GDP clinics. Reina has already commented about how friendly everyone is here. She has been timetabled into a variety of student teaching clinics and other activities over a two week period at the School. Her visit demonstrates our excellent international links with Melbourne who is one of our partners in the Universitas 21 network.
