Each year the Arthur Thompson Charitable Trust provides an evening of celebration for Dentists who qualified 30 years ago. So the Year of 2013 met in Horton Grange for a trip down Memory Lane. Professor Lumley delivered an address where he reminded the assembled company of what was happening in 1983. Who won the Oscars, who won the FA cup, who won the Derby? He also included memorable quotes from the Year. Dr Peter Rock followed this with more memories, especially about the sporting heroes of the year of 2013. As always thank you to the Trust but more importantly to Carinna Chilton who organises this event every year for the Dental School.
