Bal Nandra and her team created a fantastic show which was a fitting finale for the last BDH has Talent in the Dental School. It was considered as one of the very best shows that has taken place. Prof Chapple compared the evening with impeccable precision and ensured a smooth running order. The judges were in good form and dressed up with Halloween masks.

The acts varied from music to dance. Highlights included Sandro impersonations of certain people 🙂 and an all star Happy video led by Dr Stewardson which incorporated almost every member of staff in the School and Hospital. Prof Walmsley gave us a trip down memory lane. In spite of all this there has to be one winner and it was very close. Bal Nandra and her Indian dancing came in third. Phil End and his song Caveman was a close second but by popular acclaim it was Veena Patel on Guitar singing Riptide. It was an outstanding performance. Thanks to everyone for making it such a great evening and all proceeds raised will be donated to St Mary’s Hospice.

PS these are only Prof Walmsley’s pictures still more to post
