We said goodbye to Sue Goucher who has been a University Secretary since the early eighties. Sue was originally secretary to Professor Shovelton former director of the School.
She has also spent time in the Postgraduate office when it was located in the building and spent the latter part of her time as secretary Prof White and Dr Hill. Sue is leaving us to take up a position at Aston University. There was a get together at the newly refurbished pub “The Crown”. However during her lunchtime get together there was a power cut in the pub which led to a blowing up of the outside pavement. You certainly know how to go out in style. Thanks for all your help over the years and we will miss you.
