The 130th Annual Ball was held at Edgbaston Cricket Ground and the theme was a Winter Wonderland. The venue was very elegant and spacious with plenty of room for everybody. All the tables had different winter themes with the School Staff all satting on the table “Baby it is cold outside”. There was a snow machine to greet guests and many other winter ornaments. Each table was carefully arranged with lots of goody bags including a key ring shaped as a tooth which was opened up to reveal dental floss!ith
Stephanie Agar President, Nat Turner Vice President and the rest of the committee had also arranged a fun photo booth, a Vodka luge shaped as a tooth and there were official ball pictures by VJ Soni. It was touted as the biggest dental ball ever at over 270 people attending. The charity raffle which included Cricket tickets, Argos vouchers and a tooth whitening voucher was raising money for St Mary’s Hospice. After the speeches, raffle and lovely meal there was only the dance floor left to visit. There was dancing well into the morning ably led by the Staff President and a rather tall multi colour robot that kept everyone in order.
