Professor Walmsley was awarded the British Dental Association John Tomes medal at the Honours and Awards Gala Dinner held at Manchester Town Hall at the BDA conference. The John Tomes Medal is awarded “in recognition of scientific eminence and outstanding service to the Dental Profession”.
