Four of our postgraduate researchers presented their work at the Oral Microbiology and Immunology Group (OMIG) symposium 2019 in Newcastle. Sophie Mountcastle and Hannah Serrage were in the 15 min presentation competition, which saw 10 excellent talks, while Maria Muchova and Sherief Mohamad took on the 3 minute challenge. All 4 did a really impressive job, representing Birmingham and showing the breadth of our research.
Their efforts were rewarded with both 1stprizes on the day going to Birmingham. Congratulations Hannah and Maria! A fabulous achievement.
