……Physical Sciences of Imaging in the Biomedical Sciences (PSIBS). It is a Doctoral Training Centre funded by the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council and provides training of high-quality engineering and physical sciences graduate students in a multi-disciplinary environment at the Life Sciences Interface. Dentistry is fortunate to have two PSIBS students who are researching imaging projects, Rachel Flight and Jonathan Robinson. Rachel is researching into wound healing and Jonathan is working on the imaging of root canal treatment. Yesterday the new first year PSIBS cohort visited Dentistry and they had lectures on differing aspects of the dental school research. At lunchtime there was a presentation at the regular school science seminars by Rachel and Jonathan on their research. If you want to know more about research at the Dental School or about PSIBS
